The star of the show here is undeniably the ceviche, which comes with a range of options that cater to every palate. One must-try dish is the Ceviche Apaltado, featuring succulent salmon marinated to perfection in leche de Tigre and topped with a luscious avocado sauce. Enhanced by the vibrant flavors of the Peruvian limo chili, fresh cilantro, and onion, this dish is an explosion of taste that bursts with freshness, garnished beautifully with sweet potato and choclo (Peruvian giant corn) for a truly authentic experience. At just US$22.00, it’s a culinary indulgence you won’t regret.

For those leaning towards plant-based options, the Ceviche Vegetariano offers an enticing mix of avocado, mango, onions, corn, and fried corn, all lightly marinated to allow the natural flavors to shine through. It’s a refreshing choice for anyone craving a lighter meal.

Side dishes, such as the aromatic Pure de Camote or crispy Tostones, are available for just US$4.50. These accompaniments elevate your meal further and provide a delightful contrast to the ceviche's vibrant flavors.

No meal is complete without dessert, and Ceviches by Divino does not disappoint. Indulge in the rich and decadent Torta De Chocolate for US$9.00, or sip on a refreshing Milkshake de Chicha, at US$13.00, to cool down and round off your culinary journey.

A Hidden Peruvian Gem in Miami Springs: Ceviches by Divino Delivers a Flavorful, Elegant Escape Tucked away in the heart of Miami Springs, Ceviches by Divino is a Peruvian tapas and gastrobar that offers far more than meets the eye. On a quiet weekday afternoon, I had the pleasure of sharing lunch with my mother at this warm and welcoming spot—and what followed was a delightful culinary escape to the coastlines of Peru, without ever leaving the city. The ambiance strikes a balance between cozy and chic. There’s a subtle sophistication in the air—wood accents, modern lighting, and a curated playlist that sets a relaxed but upscale mood. You could just as easily come for a casual lunch as you could for a date night or celebration. We began with the Causa Ganadora, a playful yet elegant take on a classic. The layered potato purée, creamy and cool, was topped with vibrant, fresh seafood that added a dynamic contrast of textures and temperatures. The presentation was modern, but the flavor stayed true to its traditional roots. Next came the Arroz Con Mariscos—a dish that radiates comfort and craft. The rice was rich with the essence of shellfish, kissed by ají amarillo and perfectly cooked seafood. Each bite was a reminder of why Peruvian cuisine is celebrated for its bold but balanced flavors. It was hearty, satisfying, and subtly luxurious. But the standout was undoubtedly the Combinado Marino—a stunning medley of ceviche, jalea, and more, artfully arranged to showcase the chef’s finesse with seafood. The ceviche was bright and bracing, the fish impeccably fresh. The crispy jalea added crunch and warmth, creating a dance of textures and flavors that was as fun to eat as it was expertly executed. Service was warm, knowledgeable, and unhurried our server shared thoughtful recommendations without rushing us, allowing us to savor each course at our own pace. Ceviches by Divino is a testament to what Peruvian cuisine can be when treated with respect, creativity, and a sense of hospitality. Whether you're a long-time lover of Latin flavors or a curious newcomer, this gastrobar is a destination worth visiting—and revisiting. Rating: 5/5 Pro tip: Come hungry and bring someone you love to share with—it’s a place best enjoyed in good company

We have been dining at Ceviche by Divino for over 5 years now! Every experience is always enjoyed, and we leave extremely satisfied! The food is to die for, and their Divino Mule is a must. All the servers are so attentive to our needs and are so friendly and easy to talk to and have conversations with. If you're looking for some Peruvian Asian Fusion cuisine in the Miami area, you gotta try them out, you will not regret it!!! Thank you Ceviche by Divino, for always taking care of my parents.

We visited Ceviches by Divino in Miami Springs and had a great experience! The restaurant is small, with only a few tables, but it's clean and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Our waitress, Angie, was super friendly and helpful. We're new to Peruvian food and she was very patient with us, offering excellent recommendations. We ordered the Crispy Cilantro Rice with Salmon, Poke Lomo Saltado, and the Trio Experiencia. My husband really enjoyed his Poke Lomo Saltado. The beef was incredibly tender and flavorful. The Trio Experiencia came with three kinds of ceviche: salmon, tuna, and white fish, each with a unique sauce. All were delicious, but the salmon ceviche was our favorite. For dessert, Angie recommended the Picarones con Helado de Lúcuma. She explained what picarones are and told us about the lucuma fruit used in the ice cream. It was so good! We really enjoyed trying these delicious dishes and highly recommend this restaurant.

We are in Miami overnight and wanted to experience some local cuisine and expand our culinary horizons. After some research, we opted to try Ceviches by Divino. We really had never tried Ceviche before, but the online menu really looked spectacular. Our waitress was Angie, and she was fantastic. Such a great personality, and she went out of her way to explain all the details before we ordered. It’s actually disappointing that we are just passing through and may never go back, because I would seriously like to try every last item. Rather than bore you with the list of everything we ordered, I’ll share what we considered to be the best of the best. CALAMARI… we both love calamari, and we have eaten this dish at many different places. This was the best ever. Perfect. CEVICHE DE SALMON EN CANASTA DE TOSTON… seriously one of the most delicious things I have ever put in my mouth. While we did order both the ceviche camaron and the ceviche trio mixto, the hands-down winner, no questions asked, was the CEVICHE DIVINO. We finished with the TORTA DE CHOCOLATE and the smoothest, creamiest cup of coffee ever. My wife is a chocolate cake expert, and while I was finishing all the ceviche, she was having an out of body experience with the cake. I have to say that while we are borderline foodies and love cooking and eating, we probably are not the most adventurous. So glad today was different, and so thrilled with our decision to eat here. 10/10

Nice find! We ordered the seafood ceviche bowl and some sushi. Lately we’ve been hooked on Peruvian food, so we didn’t expect the ceviche to come separately with rice, maybe we should have asked for it differently? Not sure. Either way, it was nice and the sushi was good too. Overall, a solid spot!
